     This perfomance was from a concert at the Patrick Tierney Memorial Park located on the harbor in Lexington, Michigan.  It was part of the "Music In The Park" series which features various performers every weekend during the summer.  For information on the series,  go to the Bluewater Folk Society site.
    Beats Settin' Home is a group from Grand Rapids, Michigan that combines folk, country, blues and bluegrass with a dash of comedy.  They have played throughout the midwest for over seventeen years and offer sparkling harmonies and great arrangements to showcase the best of the folk music tradition.  For more information, check out their website at: www.beats-settin-home.com or, call 616-897-9784.
    The video was digitally recorded  using a Canon GL1 camera and an Audio-Technica AT-822 stereo microphone mounted on a tripod.  The sound and video quality are both excellant.  It was digitally mastered and edited using Studio DV software.  The movie runs 120 minutes and you will receive it recorded on a Maxell 120 minute video tape with a plastic case and artwork.
